Terms of Service

1. Services

AWResults provides local SEO services (Google Maps ranking optimisation) and website design services for UK-based businesses. All services are provided on a one-time fee basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Money-Back Guarantee

Our Google Maps SEO packages include a money-back guarantee. If we do not achieve the agreed ranking target within the specified timeframe (typically 90 days), you are entitled to a full refund. The specific guarantee terms are outlined in your service agreement.

3. Website Services

For website design services:

• The fee is a one-time payment — there are no monthly costs
• We host your website and cover all hosting costs
• Your website only goes live once you have reviewed the free draft and confirmed you are happy with it
• You own the content and design of your website
• We will teach you how to connect your website to your Google Business Profile
• We handle ongoing hosting and maintenance — you do not receive direct access to the code

4. Payment

All prices are in GBP and are one-time fees. Payment is required before work commences unless otherwise agreed. We provide a free initial analysis before any payment is taken.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information required for your project
• Grant necessary access to your Google Business Profile when required
• Respond to communications in a reasonable timeframe
• Not engage in practices that violate Google's guidelines during the service period

6. Limitation of Liability

While we guarantee specific ranking results as outlined in your package, we are not liable for ranking fluctuations caused by Google algorithm changes, competitor actions, or client modifications to their Google Business Profile without our guidance.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
