About Our SMS Programme
AWResults (operated by Agass Marketing Solutions, KvK 97994723) conducts business-to-business SMS outreach to local service businesses in the United States regarding our digital marketing and search engine optimisation services.
Who We Contact
We contact business owners and decision-makers at local service businesses, including but not limited to plumbing contractors, HVAC contractors, electrical contractors, and other trade and home service businesses. Recipients are exclusively businesses, not individual consumers.
How We Obtain Contact Information
Business contact numbers are sourced from publicly accessible business directories where the business has elected to publish a public-facing phone number for the purpose of being contacted by potential customers and business partners. Sources include Google Business Profile, Yelp, and similar public business listings.
When a business publishes a contact number on a public directory, it does so for the explicit purpose of receiving inbound business contact. Our outreach is consistent with this publicly stated intent.
Message Content
Our messages are conversational, identify the sender (Joe at AWResults), and ask whether the business has capacity for additional work. We do not send promotional broadcasts, do not include suspicious links, and do not send messages outside standard business hours in the recipient's local timezone.
Opt-Out Instructions
Recipients may opt out of all future SMS communications at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message from us
- Emailing joe@awresults.co.uk with the subject line "SMS Opt-Out"
- Replying with any clear indication that they do not wish to be contacted
Opt-out requests are honoured immediately and the number is added to our permanent suppression list. We do not contact opted-out numbers again under any circumstances.
Message Frequency
A typical recipient will receive no more than 5 SMS messages from us in total. If no response is received after the initial sequence, no further messages are sent. We do not send recurring or scheduled promotional messages.

Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
Compliance
We operate in compliance with applicable regulations governing business-to-business commercial communications, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) business contact provisions and CTIA messaging guidelines.
